Mamma Mia….here we go again!

I don’t want to give the impression that all I post about is food. But the couple last posts have just been about that, so I thought I would change things up a bit. School is finally almost over. It is a relief in itself, although its hard to believe only a week left. I wouldn’t say the year went by quickly, because it definitely didn’t. But I did feel like it was a very successful and productive couple of months. 

But moving on, I am ready for summer. But the problem is Mr. Sunshine won’t come out and play. Its very frustrating cause its June. Plus, I could use some color in my skin. I have always been tempted to try spray tanning but I just don’t want to spend the money on something that would only last a short period of time. And I refuse to go to tanning beds, some of my mom’s friends did that when they are younger and their skin shows it. 

I don’t know. Sometimes I wish I was born in a different time. I realize this is highly controversial because although I enjoy my life here and wouldn’t give it up for anything, I believe I would enjoy other periods of time. I think I would love to have experienced the 1920s or maybe the Renaissance. They are so many different things to have seen. But then I think about today and how many advancements are here, like the Ipad for instance.
