Amazing

Wow! I was just glancing at my inbox and was completely shocked with new messages that said so and so is following you. It was like something you least expected, when you weren’t even thinking about it, that just kinda blew you out of the water. It was a “Is this really happening to me.” So I know, its only 30 followers, but seriously for me that is a huge deal!

I don’t know about you, but I just got over one of the best weekends ever. It probably wasn’t the most exciting time, but it was special. It was like one of the mother/ daughter moments you see on television times 10. It was amazing, like a gorgeous sunset on the horizon. My Mother and I really have never been extremely close, but I felt like our personalities meshed. It was just her and me and we just kinda when about our lives just normally, but something was different. We were drama free and totally enjoying ourselves. It was more an understated simple weekend that just went totally perfect. The sun was shining, the house was a mess and we didn’t care, we splurged on good food, we read our books while tanning — it was just an overall good weekend.

Have you ever heard the idea that if silence isn’t awkward between friends, the friendship is real. I truly believe that. How often have you really tried to avoid that awkward phase where you are trying to come up quickly with things to say. True friends would be comfortable with each other enough without having to keep the conversation strained.
